Home Heart Products LLC is not the manufacturer of the products we distribute or sell and therefore do not offer any warranties beyond that of the manufacturer.

We also offer no warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of purpose.

Shipping:

• Free delivery on orders over $20 by UPS or Federal Express or USPS within the continenal US.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for regular ground shipping
• Philips HeartStart ONSite and FRx AED's can only be sold and delivered in NJ & NY
• Zoll AED Plus can be sold and shipped anywhere in the Continental USA
• Special Order items may be subject to shipping charges
• Local orders in Bergen County, NJ ,may be eligible for personal delivery.

Sales Taxes:

Products ordered in NJ will be charged NJ sales tax unless a tax-exemption certificate is supplied by the customer

Returned Goods:

All claims for damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods, or no adjustment will be made.

Goods shipped due to customer's error must be reported to us within ten (10) days, or a 15% restocking charge will apply. All shipping & handling charges incurred are to be paid by the customer.

Philips HeartStart Onsite and Philips FRx and the Zoll AED Plus models have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

All other products have a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. We accept exchanges for unopened products of equal value and/or identical item

Refund Method:

Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.

Check purchases over $100.00 will be returned by check within ten (10) business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Any item damaged, altered, abused, or tampered with is not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
